International Women’s Ministry

“I had heard about Jesus; I had read and been taught about him in my Catholic school. I knew the stories by heart, but I still didn't understand. I looked for a church and found IC:Madrid. But things were different here. I had never met women who were so enthusiastic and passionate about God. They spoke about Jesus and God as if they were personal friends—like a friend I could sit with at a park and have conversations with. I could see it in their eyes; they had seen or tasted something I had not. It felt like something out of this world, and it was beautiful and fulfilling. It was also moving. I could feel it in my spirit, a sense of belonging. I wanted to taste what they had tasted and see what would happen. I wanted to be crazy with my faith. The women’s ministry at International Church: Madrid is a beautifully diverse community, representing more than 50 nations from around the world. We are a fully bilingual ministry—our events are held in both English and Spanish. We gather several times throughout the year to encourage one another and to share how the Lord is working in our lives. Our women are active in evangelism, discipleship, and service ministries throughout Madrid.  We’re thrilled to open a new location in 2026, which will facilitate growth for our women in a ministry center spacious enough to accommodate our expanding ministry!  We are excited to reach and disciple women like Modester and others still to come.
