Ministry That Empowers Women & Girls

For 25 years, we have served in Italy, partnering with the Italian Assemblies of God for the past 15. In a context where formal women’s ministries are often lacking, I focus on intentional discipleship—mentoring young women one-on-one to help them discover their purpose and grow in environments where female leadership is rare. This extends through local scout programs and “Women with Value Nights,” which foster community and are now being replicated in neighboring churches.

Supporting Families and Leaders: I also invest in Christian wives and mothers, offering guidance to newlyweds and new moms as they balance daily life with spiritual growth.

Global Worker Care (TCKs): Over the past five years, we have expanded into Member Care for more than 75 Third Culture Kids across Southern Europe. Through in-person visits, monthly online connections, age-specific discipleship for our kids to mentorship for young missionary moms, we provide consistent support for families navigating life in a global context.

lives changed

Debora was a young middle school girl asking me to help her learn English and to show her what ministry could look like. I began to mentor her, and for the last 15 years I have been walking with her through every stage of life. She comes from an African background, but growing up in Italy often proved challenging to understand how God could have plans for her. We have worked together on recognizing her talents and callings. She is now actively serving God in several roles in the church especially in mentoring young girls. She says that since I believed God had plans for her, she began to recognize them and grow in them!
